Welcome Pisces Season 2025

Welcome to Pisces Season with ALL the feels!

Beyond the realm of pure feeling, the essence of Pisces lies in its capacity to synthesize. The glyph, depicting two fish swimming in opposing directions yet bound at their center, perfectly captures this duality. Pisces navigates the vast ocean of memory, stillness, depth, and introspection, gathering treasures along the way. It explores the depths to collect the essential elements needed for its unique expression. From these diverse inspirations, dreams, and visions, Pisces weaves a tapestry of its own making, synthesizing these threads into an eclectic and creative blend. This intuitive act of synthesis fosters a greater unity, ultimately serving the good of all.

The Sun's entrance into Pisces in 2025 ignites a celestial confluence of extraordinary power. It joins a potent gathering of planets—Mercury, Saturn, the North Node, and Neptune—already residing in the mystical sign of Pisces. This rare stellium marks a profound period of inner transformation, a culminating chapter before the Sun's fiery arrival in Aries on March 20th heralds a new zodiac cycle.

Ruled by Neptune, Pisces embodies the realms of dreams, intuition, and surrender. With so many celestial bodies aligned in this watery domain, the energetic intensity amplifies, dissolving illusions and beckoning us into a sanctuary of deep reflection and karmic release.

This Pisces season is far from ordinary—it's a pivotal turning point. As the Sun joins Saturn, Neptune, Mercury, and the North Node, a significant energetic crescendo builds, reaching its zenith in early April when these celestial players cluster in the final degrees of Pisces.

This powerful alignment ignites themes of karmic completion and rebirth, signaling the end of a major cycle before the astrological new year. It fosters deep emotional healing, with Neptune amplifying the need for introspection and release. Guided by the North Node, the collective energy shifts towards spiritual awakening and higher consciousness. Saturn's grounding presence within this ethereal sea of Pisces helps anchor dreams, providing structure for transforming visions into tangible realities.

Adding another layer of depth, Venus stations retrograde on March 1st, initiating a period of re-evaluation concerning relationships, self-worth, and values. Its return to Pisces on March 27th further intensifies the stellium's energy. By early April, as Saturn, Venus, the North Node, Mercury, and Neptune converge in the final degrees of Pisces, we encounter a potent moment of closure, karmic release, and profound emotional shifts.

Mercury also retrogrades, beginning on March 15th, briefly dipping into Aquarius before returning to Pisces on March 30th. This transit invites intuitive insights and a revisiting of past emotions.

Key Sun aspects further illuminate this transformative period:

  • New Moon in Pisces (February 27th): This New Moon is no ordinary lunation. Conjunct Saturn, it empowers us to set grounded intentions rooted in emotional and spiritual wisdom. While Pisces typically encourages surrender, Saturn's influence urges us to commit to our dreams with structure and intention, transforming inspiration into lasting creations.

  • Sun Conjunct Saturn (March 12th): This aspect calls for serious reflection and commitment, asking us to take responsibility for our dreams, establish boundaries, and build with lasting materials. Saturn's weight can feel heavy, but it offers an opportunity for inner strength, discipline, and spiritual maturity.

  • Sun Conjunct North Node (March 17th): A destined crossroads, this transit highlights karmic shifts and soul-aligned decisions. Pay attention to synchronicities and intuitive nudges, as they reveal the universe's guidance.

  • Sun Conjunct Neptune (March 19th): Reality blurs under Neptune's mystical influence, heightening intuition, creativity, and spiritual connection. While caution is advised against illusions and escapism, this is a time to dream, imagine, and trust in the unseen.

Navigating this potent Pisces season requires a shift in perspective. It's a time for reflection and release, allowing old patterns and emotional baggage to dissolve. Embrace intuitive practices like meditation and journaling, and express the swirling energies through art and emotion. Trust in divine timing, allowing clarity to emerge naturally rather than forcing outcomes, especially with Mercury retrograde.

Should you choose to work with the sacred Tarot, the ingress of the Pisces Sun at this time correlates to the 8 of Cups.

This card often depicts a figure walking away from a row of cups, seemingly abandoning them. It symbolizes:

  • Walking away: This can represent leaving behind situations, relationships, or even aspects of oneself that no longer serve a purpose.

  • Disappointment and disillusionment: The 8 of Cups can suggest a sense of emotional emptiness or the realization that something you valued is not what you thought it was.

  • Seeking deeper meaning: This card often indicates a need to look within and search for something more fulfilling on an emotional or spiritual level.

  • Letting go of the past: To move forward, it's necessary to release attachments to past experiences, even if they were once positive.

In the context of the first decan of Pisces, the 8 of Cups highlights the need for introspection and a willingness to let go of illusions or emotional dependencies. It suggests a journey into the subconscious to discover deeper truths and find true emotional fulfillment.

The Saturn-Neptune-North Node Conjunction in the last decanate of Pisces correlates to the 10 of Cups!  Pure joy and contentment!  This card often depicts a happy family celebrating, with a rainbow in the background. It symbolizes joy, fulfillment, and emotional satisfaction. However, as the 3rd decan of Pisces also has a connection to the Tower and the Moon in the Major Arcana, it suggests that this happiness may be fleeting or based on illusions. There can be a sense of emotional culmination or the "end of the story," but also a hint that things may not be as perfect as they seem on the surface.

Some interpretations of this decan also emphasize themes of change and transformation, as it represents the transition between Pisces and Aries. This can suggest that the emotional fulfillment represented by the 10 of Cups may come after a period of upheaval or letting go of illusions.
